We deliver person-centered NDIS services that focus on independence, choice, and dignity. Our experienced team supports participants to achieve their goals through support coordination, daily living assistance, community participation, and capacity building.
At UHOPE, we believe support should fit around you, not the other way around. We work closely with participants, families, and other providers to create flexible, respectful care plans.

Yes. UHOPE Care Services Pty Ltd works with NDIS participants who are self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed. We can also support you to understand your plan.

How do I get started with UHOPE?
Getting started is easy:

Can I choose my support worker?
Absolutely. We believe choice and control are important. We’ll match you with support workers based on your preferences, and you can meet them first.
What are your hours of support?
We offer flexible support including weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and public holidays. We work around your routine.
How much does support cost?
Costs are covered by your NDIS funding and follow NDIS price guides. We’ll go through this with you during your assessment so there are no surprises.
Do your staff have checks and training?
Yes. All UHOPE staff complete NDIS Worker Screening, police checks, and ongoing training in disability support, first aid, and person-centered care.
What if I have a complaint or feedback?
We welcome feedback. Your voice matters to us. You can speak to your coordinator anytime, or use our complaints process. We aim to resolve concerns quickly and respectfully.
